Cancellation conditions
Up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation of the booking is free of charge with a processing fee of 30,-Euro. Thereafter, the full booking price (excl. cleaning costs) will be charged.
Invoice and payment
After booking, you will receive an invoice as a PDF by email, which must be paid within 10 days. For short-term bookings made less than 10 days before the start of the rental period, the invoice must be paid immediately.
Use of Smoobu
We use the smoobu software to display occupancy, booking enquiries and bookings for our holiday properties. All personal data provided by you on our website is processed and used by us in order to be able to process the booking enquiry or booking. In addition, this data is used to provide you with all relevant data for your booking enquiry or booking. The data collected for the booking enquiry or booking will be forwarded to the following third parties. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider of the smoobu software:

Liability for content
The content of our website has been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the content.
