A superbly equipped apartment, tastefully furnished, in a fantastic complex with a sports pool and leisure pool, as well as a sauna and gym! The apartment has two terraces: one on the ground floor and a roof terrace with an amazing view over the city all the way to the sea! Ideal for a sundowner! Very peaceful and quiet, yet you can quickly reach the nearest larger towns, where there are plenty of shopping opportunities and nightlife.

The gym and sauna were brilliant for getting the day off to an active start. Parking spaces right outside the building. Easy access to the motorway and shops. Otherwise, a very lovely penthouse and a superb, well-maintained complex

A very nice, clean and comfortable flat. Fully equipped with everything you need. Free parking in front of the flat. Excellent location in Berlin Köpenick. Rewe, Neto and other shops are all nearby. Public transport is also close by. The landlord is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I had a great time; I’d love to come back.

  • What facilities are included in the Casa Sara penthouse?

    The apartment in the luxurious Greenhills complex is furnished with top-quality furniture, including a large leather sofa, a designer glass table and many other features. The kitchen is also fully equipped with every conceivable utensil, including a large fridge and a good-quality microwave. The living room and one bedroom have large sliding doors leading onto the balcony terrace, which faces north-east. It is spacious and comfortable, with a table and six chairs, making it ideal for spending plenty of time outdoors, sheltered from the sun. 



  • How far is Casa Sara from the nearest beach?

    Various beaches, golf courses and the La Zenia shopping centre within a radius of 1–3 km.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, both Casa Sara and Casa Frida in Berlin offer free parking in quiet residential streets.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Casa Sara has a private roof terrace, which can be safely accessed via an internal staircase, a heated indoor swimming pool, two outdoor swimming pools and a children’s play area. The peaceful and beautiful garden at Casa Frida in Berlin is perfectly suited and safe for families with children. A small balcony is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun.
